Four bedrooms with king size beds, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each room. Second living room on the upper floor. Two spacious bathrooms, one on each floor, one with a sauna. Wood-burning hot tub on the terrace with stunning views of slopes and mountains.
The basement, with space for one car, is also suitable for storage and ski equipment. The garage door has a code lock which makes it easy for everyone to come and go as they want. The basement has direct connection to the house. All floors including the basement have underfloor heating. The laundry / drying room is spacious and perfect for dressing and keeping skiwear.

Villa Amåre is located right by the slope and has a direct ski-in ski-out to the lift Sadelexpressen, which is a part of the entire ski area of Åre. You can ski home comfortably and directly from the slope to Villa Amåre, without transportation lifts.

Check-in-check-Out
The price includes check-out cleaning. A deposit of 5.000 SEK must be paid before check-in. The deposit will be returned at check-out if the house is in the same condition as at check-in. Bed linen can be rented: 200kr / set
ÅRE 2019 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
During the Åre 2019 FIS Alpine Ski World Championship, 5th – 17th of February you can choose to cater entirely for yourselves or be assisted by a professional host. We can provide accommodation and services for groups ranging in size from four up to twelve persons. Drop us a line or give us a call.

In Villa Amåre it is not allowed to smoke or bring pets. Prerequisite that all persons are from 25 years of age. The age limit does not apply to children to parents. Landlord is the owner of the villa.
